Colin, I am sure you will be aware of the fact I had to cancel myself attending our holiday and my place was taken by my step daughter. 

I would therefore like to express my appreciation for the fantastic job Maria did in executing this change and more latterly supported by Elaine.

I was very grateful for their support and the fact you were open all over the Easter break made this possible also, which I was very pleasantly surprised to find.

So in a day and age when people are quick to find the faults, I hope this note will show that when one gets good service, it is also very much appreciated..

Review: Club Med Valmorel

Hi there,

On behalf of the 6 of us who have just returned from Valmorel  I would just like to say a huge thank you for the best Club Med holiday we have all ever experienced.

Club Med Valmorel, Valmorel

From the airport lounge at Birmingham to our private transfers each way and food on the plane which was a bonus and very welcome on the way home yesterday. Due to an accident on the way to collect us our taxi was a little delayed, conditions were terrible getting down the mountain due to snow most of the night and we only had 1 1/2 hours to check in, which we managed went through security and they were boarding the plane a little tight but we all arrived home safe and sound with everything intact which is always a bonus.

Once again can I please say a huge thank you to you and all your staff for making our holiday really enjoyable.

Subject: Review: Hurtigruten, Norway

Hurtigruten, Norway

My mum and I have just returned from a fabulous Hurtigruten mini cruise to Norway, booked via your company. Although we didn't quite manage to see the Northern Lights in their full glory, we did get a little glimpse one evening!

We both really enjoyed our trip, and loved the fact that the cruise ship runs a type of ferry service, in and out of many stunningly beautiful little fishing villages and towns along the coast.

Most of all, though,  I'm writing to say a huge thank you for the fabulous service we received from your colleague Maria. She not only provided us with a thoroughly professional and efficient booking service, she also went out of her way to get us a place on the trip - when I originally called to book, all the places were taken, and I was really disappointed because these dates were the only opportunity both me and my mum could get away together. I asked Maria to bare us in mind in case of any calculations, and when a place did eventually come up (several weeks later)  she remembered to give us a call, and we made the booking - she really did provide the most excellent service imaginable, and has made an 83 year lady and her busy daughter extremely happy.

Subject: Mark Warner, Sea Garden review. 

Another happy customer! Linda Warren, from Somerset, recently visited Sea Garden, Turkey. Here, she tells us what she thought.

Just wanted to write and let you know that we had an amazing time at the Mark Warner Sea Garden Resort in Turkey! Our holiday was perfect from start to finish - wish we were still there! Great flights and well organised transfers - so much food on the flights and really lovely cabin crew. Warmly greeted by Mark Warner staff at the stunning resort, stress free check-in to our spacious room (Block 1 so perfect location for all amenities), sunny hot weather 39 degrees every day, plenty to eat/drink anytime of day with excellent range of activities for girls at Kids Clubs.

Girls made some lovely friends out there - lots of tears at Heathrow. However flight home was like one big party as they all knew each other. Girls even got to go in the cockpit and wear the Captain's hat!! Couldn't have asked for more for first holiday abroad with girls - was really relaxing for me too. Thank you so much for all your truthful and helpful advice - it was spot on!

Dear Maria,

Please accept this as our postcard to you from sunny Rhodes!!! Thank you for organising a great holiday.  It was very enjoyable and I would not hesitate to recommend to your clients.  The facilities were great, the staff were just so professional and the food was delicious. Our room was spacious, clean and convenient for the beach (although would have been nice to have seen the pool)!
