Just a personal message to you about Deana
Manser. I don't think you realise how good Deana is at her job. I made the call
to Travel Club Elite and Deana was the one who took the call.
All I said that, I was thinking of going to Barbados in November for a week and I would like to stay at the Sandals. I was amazed how much knowledge she had
and how friendly and polite she was towards me. I felt that I was in Barbados
when she was giving me the insight about the hotel and all the facilities in
the hotel. I did check other websites for prices but no one could beat the deal I got from Deana. I must say she is an asset to the company. From start to finish the service I have received has been excellent and I haven't even gone yet.
I would like to thank Deana for the service and everything else you have done
for me, I will make sure that the company is recommended to my family and
friends and will also tell them to speak to Deana for any travel bookings.
