Colin, I am sure you will be aware of the fact I had to cancel myself attending our holiday and my place was taken by my step daughter.
I would therefore like to express my appreciation for the fantastic job Maria did in executing this change and more latterly supported by Elaine.   

I was very grateful for their support and the fact you were open all over the Easter break made this possible also, which I was very pleasantly surprised to find.

So in a day and age when people are quick to find the faults, I hope this note will show that when one gets good service, it is also very much appreciated..

We look forward to continuing to book our holidays through your company in the future.

Adrian and I have just got back from the 7 day Journey North which you organised for us on the Hurtigruten MS Nordlys which sailed on 30 March 2013 from Bergen and we have had a wonderful time.

The whole experience was excellent.Our cabin was clean and spacious, the food was fabulous all the crew and staff were helpful and friendly things could not have been better. Thanks again.

Hotel Stella Makadi Beach Resort Review

Subject: Customer Review - Hotel Stella Makadi Beach Resort (near Hurghada)

Dear Chris,

Just to thank you for your recommendation to this hotel and resort.
So glad we were in the Makadi Resort and Spa rather than the Gardens section which looked and felt gloomy and well away from the beach.

We had a great time and the staff were charming. I upgraded to a sea view room by emailing them direct and Eleonora sorted it out for another 5 euros a night. And she fixed a birthday cake and card for my niece!
Only niggle was having to pay a fair amount for wi fi.
And very cramped seats on the Thomas Cook flight!

Makadi Beach resort, Hurghada

We may well go there again or a similar/ better hotel depending on advice.
