A huge thank you for your ever so efficient organisation and booking arrangements for our recent holiday to Mark Warner at Sardinia. All flights, transfers and car parking arrangements went without a hitch and a truly enjoyable week was had at this new resort. I highly recommend this resort with excellent sporting facilities, a beach to die for and the food was stunning. All in all excellent, complimented by your pleasant, courteous and genuine efficiency.

Hyatt Regency, Taba, Review

Just wanted to drop you and your colleagues at Travel Club Elite a quick line to say thank you for your help in organising our recent holiday to the Hyatt Regency Taba with Longwood Holidays. We both had a great holiday and really relaxed and enjoyed the whole time we were there. We found the staff very attentive, the facilities spotlessly clean and the location ideal for a week to unwind and relax.

We arrived back early hours of Wednesday and haven't stopped talking about the experience.

As we feel sometimes a 'Thank You' can make all the difference so we'd like to say thank you and you'll be pleased to know we recommend your company to others that booked with Longwood to highlight the savings we made for the same experience.

Club Med Portugal Holiday Review

Club Med Portugal Holiday Review

Just returned from Club Med Portugal, Da Balaia and we had a wonderful time. The resort is lovely.

• The Golf Hotel we stayed in had big rooms and (just) a sea view, decor a little tired, but there were 2 other hotels on the resort nearer the centre which had great sea views.
• The food was FAB!
• The beach was great - v picturesque
• Staff v. friendly
• Fair number of English families - 3 including us so our girls had a great time.
• Pool nice, but as we were the first week of the season - it was freezing at the start of the week.
• Weather was above average - sun every day and about 22 - 24 degrees.

It was a great holiday.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to record our great appreciation for the Admin Departments tremendous efforts to avert what might otherwise have proved to be a near disaster to us personally, when the flight schedules for the above holiday were changed to most inconvenient times, due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Administration Department worked extremely hard and late to find more acceptable flight times and rebook my wife and me and our daughter and her family onto flights, which spared us all (including three young children) the absolute inconvenience of arriving in Antalya very late at night.

We are most grateful to the Administration Department and hope that their efforts on our behalf will not go unrecorded at Travel Club Elite.
