Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to record our great appreciation for the Admin Departments tremendous efforts to avert what might otherwise have proved to be a near disaster to us personally, when the flight schedules for the above holiday were changed to most inconvenient times, due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Administration Department worked extremely hard and late to find more acceptable flight times and rebook my wife and me and our daughter and her family onto flights, which spared us all (including three young children) the absolute inconvenience of arriving in Antalya very late at night.

We are most grateful to the Administration Department and hope that their efforts on our behalf will not go unrecorded at Travel Club Elite.
